Cookie Policy

This policy explains how cookies and similar tracking technologies are used on blast-the-bass.co.uk.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a web server saves to your device through your browser. They allow the browser to provide certain data on your next visit, such as language settings or theme preferences. Cookies are set by the site operator (first-party) or by third-party services embedded on the site.

Cookie categories in use

1. Technically required cookies

These cookies are necessary for the website to function properly. Disabling them significantly affects functionality. Examples:

NamePurposeDuration
ru-themeStores your chosen display option (light/dark theme)1 year
__cf_bmCloudflare Bot Management - protection against automated attacks30 minutes

Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest). Separate consent is not required.

2. Analytics cookies (requires consent)

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics a privacy-friendly analytics tool that avoids IP logging, tracking cookies and fingerprinting. Only aggregated page views and device types are collected. Personal identification is impossible.

Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(a) (consent).

3. Affiliate tracking by third parties

When you click a casino recommendation link, the casino's affiliate system forwards you to the operator. The casino operator sets a cookie tracking that your sign-up came from our recommendation. We do not store personal data ourselves - only aggregated click statistics are visible to us.

For details on which specific cookies are set, please see the privacy policy of the relevant operator.

Cookie management

In your browser

You can delete cookies in your browser at any time or restrict their storage going forward. Instructions are available here:

Please note: completely disabling cookies may cause some website features to stop working.

Tracking protection

Modern browsers like Firefox and Safari have built-in tracking protection that blocks third-party cookies and cross-site tracking by default. We recommend keeping this feature enabled.

Updates

This cookie policy is updated when our technology practices change. The current version always shows the latest date.
